Bridget Sutton was very rude when attempting to dispute an issue. She was short, rude, impersonal, and is a terrible manager from a customer stand point. She made little effort to keep her mask from falling off while is alarming during these times of Covid. This experience has made me never want to use Uhaul again and I will go out of my way to make sure that myself, friends, and family will not use this company in the future.

I've used this location a few times recently during a transition period. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. My truck was ready at the scheduled time.

Check out was good. The truck was pretty clean. One set of rental furniture pads was wet to the point of starting to mildew.

20 ft truck had a check engine light on. I questioned the manager about the light & he stated that he was aware of it. I asked that it be documented on my rental agreement to protect me from driving with a trouble light on & he said that he didn't need to do that.
I reserved a 12 foot trailer, but when I showed up to pickup the trailer I was informed that maintenance had picked up the trailer for wheel bearing replacement so was forced to either rent a 9 foot trailer or go to another location. All this after I waited in line for 35 minutes even though I checked in online. On a plus side, the lot attendant was friendly and helpful in hooking up the trailer.
Every time I rent something from this location the service is awful. It isn't the people, they're usually very polite. It's either a lack of training or a lack of supervision. There is no sense of urgency which results in just terribly slow service.
The agent checking me in (I believe the location general manager) was less than friendly, rude and not interested in answering questions or ensuring I knew what to do when I dropped after hours. Because she was unresponsive, I didn't an hour and a half looking forward the drop off box at 1230 am in the rain and then just took the hey with me, which resulted in me having to make an unnecessary 4 hr round trip to get the key back once I made contact. I'm a manager myself and it's a shame the example she set for the other employees that were there also. I'd rather bake 20 trips in a pick up the rent from this location again!
Great customer service, in and out with ease. No equipment problems and vehicle ready to go on time.
Charge my card after the vehicle is brought back so that they don't take out two payments. Also, giving a heads up if a vehicle that I want (a pickup truck) isn't there or was extended out the rest of the day.
Brittany is the absolute worst. Poor customer service skills. She made my entire experience god awful with her lack of professionalism & regard towards the customers experience
We went to the u-haul on the 4700 Dorchester on Wednesday. We asked to reserve a van. Girls said we didn't need to reserve for Friday. Went back there Friday and they said we needed a reservation. Was not happy. They sent us to 3642 to get the van. They had it but what would have been a 10 mile trek wound up costing for at 25 mile. We were not happy
The truck smelled like a farm and there was a random â€œretail sales itemâ€ attached to our bill and when I emailed they did not respond.
The person working inside the location was extremely rude to us. They also did not accept my medical mask exemption which is illegal. Extremely poor experience, I will not be returning.
There was some mis information on the amount of blankets I ordered which I did not find out about until hours into my move process. I recall ordering 12 but only was given 6. So I was shorted snd hand to find alternatives.
Upon arriving, our customer service person wasn't wearing a mask. I inquired about the policy. She stated it was not required. That's funny, when there's mask ordinances everywhere. She never put one on. The equipment was perfect. However again, the rep got the job done efficiently, but with minimal smiles or caring attitude for the company's customers.
I was treated horribly and lied to resulting in more unnecessary money to be spent. They need to work on overall customer service and knowledge of their equipment.
I did not drive 30 miles. This is theft and I will be disputing
