I was charge $65 extra and I don’t know why. The U-Haul i rented. Need service and gas tank wasn’t full it was only 1/4 tank. I have pictures before I pulled off. I showed the store clerk and he said don’t worry about it. So I’m thinking they charge me for the remaining gas and they shouldn’t. I put it back where it was

The attendant was amazing helpful and saved us from being out all night since we left our new apartment keys in the truck! He was truly a lifesaver. We are moving my daughter soon and would not go anywhere else.
Amanda IClerk was rude and should be versed on mobile return as he did not understand the process, despite me stating all pictures were submitted in-app per the return requirements.
Tinesha MI didn’t have a complete understanding of what was going on the lady just gave me the keys showed me the truck and sent me on my merry way. Better communication from representative at the pick up location.
