The pickup wasn’t bad, the attendant had to call someone to walk them through the process. However the U-Haul itself had a leak and got a lot of the items on the overhead shelf wet. The online chat feature to add more days was excellent. The drop off was bad, was not checked in for over 24 hours, finally went to gas station after talking with online chat several times.

I had to call the one intern Number went through a significant process with them being transferred internally, then with their approval, neither the Shop owner nor I could open the lock box to secure the key for the truck so that caused more telephone conversation with I guess the owner of that station and a delay of more than 30 minutes until a young woman arrived and opened the lock for the truck and I have people that I was paying for the full day to help me move so I was very displeased with that significant delay. They were not rude at all, but the service was terrible.
