The truck we rented was ready and the customer service at checkout was superb. She told us where to leave the truck if we came back after she'd left and where to put the key. She checked out the truck the next day and adjusted my receipt for the additional miles above what I'd initially estimated, which I was expecting. One thing to note: the truck did not have a ramp on it. We were able to work around it ok, but we were expecting it to have a ramp, to avoid having to lift furniture up to the truck bed instead of rolling it up. All in all, it wasn't a huge hardship, but it would have been nice to have the ramp or be told the truck wouldn't have a ramp since your website does advertise that trucks all come with a working ramp.

RICHARD AI was not aware that I had a mileage allowance and would be charged $1 per mile (93 miles over) when I booked this truck.
