This location is friendly and helpful. However, the corporate office changed my location 3 hours before pick up. This location is twice as far from my house as the original one. That sort of last minute change by Uhaul is what will drive me away.

At time of pickup, provide an explanation for the correct operation of the unit’s air conditioner. It would only blow on an intermittent basis, and it became fairly warm in the cab frequently. 200-mile round trip.

Tim SMaybe a little more information about what to expect for the contactless pick-up. I didn't expect to get a text requesting me to take pictures of the truck before I left the lot, so I didn't see that request until much later. However, the rate you provided was about half of a competitor's and the damage policy was much more reasonably priced. Overall, it was a very good experience and you'll be my first choice for future rentals.
MAYO WThe receipt says it still needed another 3 gal although I put in 9 gal and have a photo showing that it was on a half tank.
