The gentleman that actually took my information and gave me the truck was Excellent. I don't have my paperwork to remember his name. But in spite of the frustration of picking up at another location (which was not in a safe area) I chose this location. EXCELLENT customer service. It would have been nice if it was more gas in it so my first stop wouldn't have had to be the gas station but....... it is over now. The truck ran well. I would like to add the customer person on the phone was very helpful as well, not the supervisor (but she was okay as well) but I want to give accolades to the woman that found the Midlothian location for me!!! Very helpful and informative and was clear in giving the location description.
TRINA KNeither the cab nor the cargo areas were clean. The fuel tank was only 1/2 full. The photo link sent to me by u-haul expired before I could take my photos and nobody was capable of resetting it. The company representative on site was professional and courteous.

CYNTHIA CWhile the people who worked at the location were very nice, the equipment was not as it was listed on the website. This was not discovered until I reached my location. I called to ask about an exchange or a refund, and they said they could not, I needed to call customer service. I spoke with customer service and after being transferred to the local office the person literally said, "what do you expect me to do about that?" WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
