I did after hours drop off so did not speak to anyone. I had to park in the back because that was the only space. The lightning back there was not good so not terribly inviting.

If i had to do it again I'd choose a location that doesn't charge by the mile. Everything else was simple. But mileage adds so much unnecessary cost.
Bradley HThe trailer clearly had been used to transport livestock--as evidenced by the barn yard smell. I commented to the U-Haul agent standing there (Jeff?) that the trailer smelled like the livestock area of a county fair, and he replied that the smell was closer to that of a porta-john. When I started loading the trailer a couple of hours after pick-up, I discovered dried manure and hay stuck on the inside of the gate. I hosed everything as well as possible and then waited a couple of hours for the interior to dry.
