The staff was amazing. Best experience with the company I've had, and it was through a separate business that happens to rent the trucks. They're just good people who I got to witness some interactions with their customers. Everything they did was with a smile and compassion. I wish they weren't so far from me, but if I'm ever in Chesterfield again, I'll definitely be using these folks again.

CINDY LTruck, 2 furniture dolley's and a hand truck were requested. NO furniture dolley's and an appliance truck (which was completely useless to me) were provided. I was lucky to have an extra person to help me with this move since NONE of the requested equipment was provided, BUT I was charged for them.
Eric PThe website directed me to this location and would not allow me to make the reservation at a location that was much closer, even though the website indicated the truck I wanted was available. Not sure why. Since you charge for mileage, it’s frustrating to not be able to get a truck that would have saved me that mileage.
