Van was excellent
CINDY LTruck, 2 furniture dolley's and a hand truck were requested. NO furniture dolley's and an appliance truck (which was completely useless to me) were provided. I was lucky to have an extra person to help me with this move since NONE of the requested equipment was provided, BUT I was charged for them.
Eric PThe website directed me to this location and would not allow me to make the reservation at a location that was much closer, even though the website indicated the truck I wanted was available. Not sure why. Since you charge for mileage, it’s frustrating to not be able to get a truck that would have saved me that mileage.
MATTHEW CThe cab had melted candy on the passenger side floor. The cargo area had trash in it. I had to clean it before using it. The windshield was severely cracked and should not have been in service. Overall, not a great experience.
