Initial parking is a bit confusing since there is no designated parking lot for the office. I parked in the open next to it and the manager was professional and helpful, she got me squared away quickly.

The facility was top notch, the vehicle was not. It had a broken passenger door handle, the light above me was busted, the weather stripping inside the door was falling off causing tremendous noise in the cabin, the thing had a ROUGH 181,000 miles on it, and everything is so incredibly dated (roll up windows, stereo has nothing). I don't expect a Mercedes, but come on.
GREGORYALAN DI had a great experience renting through this location. Even though it was a busy morning they had two people working through the line. The person taking care of me was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would use this location in the future.
Jackie SThis location is friendly and helpful. However, the corporate office changed my location 3 hours before pick up. This location is twice as far from my house as the original one. That sort of last minute change by Uhaul is what will drive me away.
DANIEL SAt time of pickup, provide an explanation for the correct operation of the unit’s air conditioner. It would only blow on an intermittent basis, and it became fairly warm in the cab frequently. 200-mile round trip.
