My reservation was for 11:30 AM. Arrived to find no truck available. Went to other location and trucks. A representative called and found me a truck at 1st location but not until 1:30 PM. Extremely stressful situation!!!

Ladejah GThe light for the RR tire was on stating it needs air and I feel the brakes need check. But the people were very customer service friendly.
sherri HVery poor customer service. When i picked up the truck i was provided no contract. I did not know how many miles or how much fuel was in the truck. When i returned it the manager was impolite and unprofessional. Making it a generally unpleasant experience.
Thomas BA/C didn't work and the gas light was on a 1/4 tank. I returned it in 15 minutes and asked to get my money back. They hadn't reported it being returned when I called. I was told I had to call back after they signed it back in. I'll do that tomorrow
