Parking lot was full of snow. Uhaul drop box was smashed in half. Store clerk accused me several times of being at the wrong location and claiming they didn't have the keys to the vehicle.

donald iHorrible experience the U-Haul worker never showed up for work gas station attendant gave us the keys. Our reservation kept getting moved in the end to three different locations. Service was horrible. The location was dirty and while we waited for over three hours for our truck the location had no AC.
