The dolly and the blankets had no seal on them so they can charge me that I used them but I didn’t

Elaina RThere is no office to walk into. The lockbox area is outside and full of bugs and mosquitos. The area where the uhauls are kept was littered with trash and multiple used condoms that I had to step around while taking the intake pictures of the U-Haul. The air conditioning in the car was only cold above 40mph.
Kristy DThe location is unmanned. The lock box where you get the keys is under a poorly lit stairwell, infested with mosquitoes. It took us an hour to complete the check in process. I am not renting from a self service location again.
