It smelled so bad of cigarette smoke I almost had an asthma attack. The windshield inside was so dirty I could barely see out when driving towards the sun. I’m glad I only needed it for an hour.

Jordan MI asked for a credit on my bill. I still have not gotten one The truck I was rented was unsafe. The ignition key was stuck in the steering wheel and couldn’t be removed I had to bring the truck back four hours early before the store closed because of it. I was unable to park it in lot after hours as intended and put keys in lockbox because keys were stuck in ignition. I want a refund applied to my account. Please send this to a manager.
