Get a working printer...printer was broken when we made the reservation, working when we picked up the cargo van and broken when we returned the vehicle. : ) Other than that, service was great...very friendly.

Make sure cab of truck is clean. Should not have to clean floorboard of plant dirt and trash from underseat to start out, especially since the initial part of your journey is the most hectic and stressed.
