I booked the truck for 10 AM. Store owner calls and asks if i can pick it up at 3 PM the day before. I say yes, but show up and the store is locked. I have to call them to open up, and wait outside for 10 minutes. Then when i get in, they ask me if I can pay in cash instead of card. I gave them $30 cash and was told there would not be any further charges. Then two days later i get a charge of over $100 on my card. Essentially, this store stole $30 from me for no reason.
