Equipment was brand new! I came in for a last minute rental on a Saturday evening and they were more than helpful! I was in and out of the door with my equipment in minutes.

The check in process is was easy but a little confusing at first. Truck was clean and worked well. I didn’t receive the 2 dollies I prepaid for and there were no staff onsite to assist.
