No one seemed to know what to do with this trailer that was not destined for this address, but needed to be checked in because it was unsafe. The African American woman (appeared to be the supervisor) was most unhelpful. Refused to come out of the lunchroom to talk with me or with traffic and roadside assistance on the phone because she "needed a break and needed to eat her lunch"

Gary KU-Haul was said to have 1/4 tank and we received it at 1/8 tank. Also was told 47 miles were given, but I was charged $5 for going extra 5 miles.. I only drove 37 miles
