Nothing good to say about this location. The woman with facial piercings and a skinny dark haired kid with tattoos were carrying on totally inappropriate conversations and ignoring customers. They weren't helping the new girl out at all. I was told they couldn't? help me because their equipment was reserved. Thankfully a short young man with a beard came out of the back and helped me. Now this is where Uhaul messed up for me. I called days before I came for a quote and was quoted $55 a day. The morning of I entered the info into the computer, same thing. However when I went to pickup my trailer it was $427 because of a minimum 4 day non local rental. Now I planned my trip around the info I'd been given. I could have brought my trailer, could have flown to Dallas and drove the car home or any number of options. But the fact remains that if the Uhaul employees here would have taken a few minutes to thoughtfully answer my question instead of talking about how "lit" they had gotten I would at least been able to make an informed decision not been 500 mile from home expecting $110 in trailer rental not $427.

The equipment was clean, but the transmission was slipping and it sounded as if it would blow up. I would definitely not recommend this location to my worst enemy. Ashlee did a great job, however I Jennifer and Melody had the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I've always used Uhaul for my major moves, but this will probably be the last time.

1.) They noted the truck bed was clean, it had fast food items in the back; and in the cab too. 2.) They noted the starting mileage as 732, it was 741. 3.) The representative that checked me out never looked up from his computer, spoke over me on multiple occasions, and delivered his speech of what to do and where to sign as if he were a robot. 4.) Give the representative that checked me in a raise. She actually enjoyed her job and provided excellent customer service.

The cab ride of this truck was the absolute worst ever in my life. Either the suspension is too rigid or tires over-inflated. Any bumpy or rough road was absolutely devastating to experience, not only for my wife and I , but our house-hold goods surely took quite a beating. I'll be looking at other companies next time. Also, every time I go to this pickup location the computer is not working right and it takes forever. They didn't have the boxes I wanted. For the huge rental fee , insurance should be included. Truck fee should be reduced by at least 25 percent The cab was especially small on the passenger side. The passengers seat belt did not work. Windshield was filthy when we picked it up.

This was the first time I ever used uhaul..was very painless and easy to do. Just make sure to give yourself enough time to move. I rushing back to be there in time. No fault of Uhaul, I misjudged time.

Apparently there was a new reservation system installed recently and there were some glitches in getting my reservation completed, which took more time than I thought. Staff was good, but could have been more engaging.

We would appreciate not adding on an additional day charge for returning the equipment a few minutes after closing in which case we followed the drop box procedure. We also just remembered to see about the rather exorbitant charge of 300 dollars that we just noticed was tacked on for allegedly not returning to proper location despite our record of communications regarding this very issue and that should prove the hefty fine might have been an error and should be corrected. Overall it was a positive experience and professional interactions.

The van i rented had both power ports non-functional, there was a USB port in the dash originally but that was missing also. We had no way of charging our phones for the maps we needed to use and both phoned eventually died causing us to not only get lost twice but we couldn't call for help and caused us to put more miles on the van then was necessary. I was not happy when i was done using the van.
