My overall experience was good, but there was some odd issues. I reserved my truck online for 10 hours and selected to come into the office to pick it up. When I did, around 9 am, they gave me an extra 100 miles, which I paid for, giving me 130 total miles and told me to bring it back with the same amount of gas. They walked me out to the truck and it was good. That is when it got odd. I only had the truck for less than 45 mins when I received a call asking me when I was bringing it back bc I had only reserved it for an hour and there was a reservation for it at 11 am. I did not bring it back bc I had reserved it for 10 hours. Then when I checked in, I was told that I went over the miles I was aloted, but they wouldn't charge me for it. I did not drive 130 miles. I may have driven 80. So I already paid for more just in case. Like I said, overall the experience was fine, and I will use uHaul again. But this was an extremely odd experience and it did not seem like my reservation or anything paid for after that was captured or understood by everyone.

Overall, I had a seamless experience. But (2) big things happened that could affect a customer's experience. 1. the mileage on the truck did not correspond with the mileage in the computer. I had to dispute the mileage. Otherwise, I would have been charged for too many miles. 2. The kid who did the walk around to note any damage to the truck noted some damage on the contract, making me responsible for damage that I did not even see and damage that should have been taken care of before renting out the truck in the first place. He did not tell me what he had written, just folded up the paper work and handed it to me. So beware, read what is written on your paperwork before you drive away.

Everything was great. Only problem I had was over the phone when I made the reservation I was told I would have 6 hours, and the email for our reservation said 6, but when I picked up the truck my paperwork was only for 4. I didn't even notice until after I had signed. When I called the store to tell them we would be an extra hour as we hadn't planned to only have 4 the people were very nice and accommodating. Not sure if we were double booked but it all worked out.

I rented a 5'X !0' trailer. I didn't realize that it wouldn't accommodate a queen size box spring and mattress until I drove 3 hours away to pick up my furniture in another town. I suggest that you might ask if they are moving a mattress and let customers know it will not fit in that size trailer.
