Arrived . Give me the key the guy says . Well i'd like you to make sure everything is ok I say . Don't worry u haul will check he says . Look I say ; you asked me to bring it on time because someone else was renting it so ive brought it back 2 hours early . So he impatiently walks out starts up the truck , looks at the odometer mutters OK and says I'm good to go . I say ; well i've put in an extra 20 gas is there any rebate for that . Talk with u haul for that he says and turns to another customer . I guess these middle men don't receive a lot for their service so customers get treated accordingly .

The main box interior was covered in coffee. Also I tried to find the fuel chart in regards to refilling but was not able to find it. Had a friend watch the gauge as I filled (regularly turning it ignition on and off) and it paused just before 3/4s (our set marker) so we continued to fill, no result on the gauge then suddenly it was a full tank and it was an extra 30 dollars so not particularly pleased with that.
Cosmo aLocation did not have the dolly I included in my reservation. No apology or discount provided for a massive inconvenience of not having the equipment I revered a month ago.
Marc L1) The car's backup camera was broken, which was very different from my previous experience! And it was dangerous! Because of this, I almost hit the car behind me while driving! 2)I am pretty sure I intentionally did not select the $16 damage insurance when I booked the 10-foot truck on the U haul app because the trip was short and I was familiar with the road conditions, so I didn't need to buy it! I am also pretty sure that the staff who gave me the keys in the office where I picked up the vehicle did not ask me about any intention of purchasing the $16 insurance, but the bill I received included this amount! I think this is unfair and forced consumption.
Dapeng LUnfortunately, the hours of operation for this location are not the same as U-Haul, and if you are there at 8pm, it will most likely be closed. And the user will encounter a problem.
