This particular location is friendly. The whole experience with U-Haul is awful. They messed up my reservation by changing pickup location without consent. Then when I noticed it a few days after and asked to change back, they said the truck went to someone else. The best they can offer is mileage discount which is really nothing compared to issues it caused to my schedule and arrangement. The U-Haul reps seemed very lack in training, straight up misinformation and miscommunication.
