It was cleaned however they charged clean fee. Moreover I did not get any help due to other customers. Could not access for online data for example taking photos of car in and out. Then I returned car at 7:00pm they close at 11:pm I returned key then I ask them what I worried about. Then they said no problem.you are fine. However they charged me after hours fee as well. +40$ + tax . So bad experience. I will not use uhaul anymore
