The manager at UPS Store # 17329 at 3093 Bathurst was professional in his approach to Customer Service and went out of his way to fix the H.O. rescheduling error that I encountered on arrival. H.O. without any email, text or direct call notification had altered my reservation to a different location. The site manager solved the situation on my behalf and the reservation went forward without any additional problems. I will most certainly utilize this U-Haul location again.

Fast and smooth service

HAROLD SThe tire pressure was way low, meaning it cost me to fill them ,I took a picture. Because I was in a rush I did not fully fill it to specs, also it would cost me more money. Further the gas tank was not at full hence more laborious for me to return it back accurately. I will be putting in a complaint for out of pocket expenses.
