Eventhough, I was happy with the rate charged and got excellent UHAUL experience, but the lady's probably the shop owner customer service was very bad. 1st I booked 4:00pm, but she came at 4:40 & no apologies was asked. Second, she couldn't locate her phone as she couldn't remember where she put it, she was looking and questioned as we're the stole here phone. 3rd how she handled the booking and the way she treated us and replied to our questions was disgusting, we're about to leave the premises, but as it was already late we didn't want to waste the time!!! Overall, it was good experience with UHAUL and we will try on different location.
