I charged double ! they added protection without asking me and there were also an additional fee on my receipt!!!! will never get Uhaul again.

My only complaint was that the bill ended up being twice as much as I was told when I booked it. I don't feel Uhaul is transparent enough with all of the additional fees when booking. Otherwise the staff at this location were friendly, professional and helpful.
Mary-Lee PI picked up a van on Wed July 9th. I returned this vehicle promptly to the location at 9 am sharp at the opening of business hours of the UPS store. Yes it was clean and the location was just fine. The agent was polite and helpful. I do have questions about the charges, fees and rates but will call back the U-haul company within the next week. I will return to use this service and will recommend it to others.
FERNANDA FThe manager at UPS Store # 17329 at 3093 Bathurst was professional in his approach to Customer Service and went out of his way to fix the H.O. rescheduling error that I encountered on arrival. H.O. without any email, text or direct call notification had altered my reservation to a different location. The site manager solved the situation on my behalf and the reservation went forward without any additional problems. I will most certainly utilize this U-Haul location again.
