The employee which served us could not find our reservation for 1 hour, than our track was blocked another car. And we were waiting 2 hours more. We asked this employee give us the key from this car to move it out. But he said he doesn’t have it. After we have connected with management, he found the key. So our movers were waiting 3 hours and we must have paid them. This was the worst experience in Canada for 3 years we are here.
