JOMER OIt's a convenience store busy environment with customers being served by one attendant and waiting in line to be served. Should be a dedicated person serving U Haul customers. Otherwise, all went well.
GIHAN DEven though we had filled up, we were short by less than 1/16" of gas. However, we were charged $21 for the difference. I told the attendant I would take the truck across the street to put in about $5 worth of gas to cover the missing amount, but he had already processed the charge. I feel this was a sneaky move to charge the customer more money, I did not find that good customer service.
