The associate at checkout was helpful. However it took 15 minutes to check out the truck due to being g continually interrupted by gas station customers coming into the store during the process. Vehicle was in great condition and well maintained. Returning the vehicle went smoothly as the associate checked in the truck while I was re-fueling it.

Also, my experience with Uhaul in general was struck down due to the fact both my pick up and drop off locations were both changed last minute which 1) added miles to my trip 2) costed me more money 3) took more time out of my day that i had not planned for when i booked this reservation weeks in advance.
