Yes. Great experience. The local dealer (mobil station in northboro ma) was very helpful. I extended the reservation with no problems. He explained all the detail about how to return truck. He came out to make sure we were all set before we left. I will rent from there again next time I need a truck.

JEFFREY WIt is a gas station convenience store so it's not a clean and inviting uhaul store but the seevice rep was professional, efficient and polite, so all good.
Megan PThe U-haul attendant was also the only gas station attendant. I had no assurance that the vehicle had been inspected for fluid levels and had been serviced at regular intervals at that location. The attendant also did not mention that I had to inspect the truck and send the company photos of it before leaving the lot!
