When I booked the reservation online, it allowed me to select Storage King in Argyle as the return location. However, this drop off location was no-longer staffed, and truck key was already in drop box. Called Storage King - worthless customer service! Called UHaul dispatch - worthless customer service! Thank goodness for Monica at Hilltop who was able to listen and then absolutely without hesitation FIX the problem! She was able to go get key and get truck from Storage King and return it to HillTop. Thank you Monica, you are the best!
