Was sent out with an “all good to go” and the trailers lights did not work. No brake lights, only the right turn signal worked. Had to call roadside assistance who spent over 5 hours in my driveway fixing the trailer. I couldn’t load it until 11pm and finished at 1:30am. Excuse was “ we have a new field manager. Won’t be going back.
