I marked the vehicle as clean on pick up but I did have to sweep the back out as there was maybe a shovel full of dirt and dust. Didn’t bother me too much. I also asked for a furniture dolly which was removed from the order before hand without asking me, so I called and requested one to be added but there wasn’t one left with the vehicle for me - very disappointing as this made my house move so much more difficult as I had to lift or drag the appliances. Apart from that, the rental experience went well overall

WESLEY KCarson at Hilltop was great, He even checked on me 15 minutes after my scheduled pickup time as I was stuck in traffic getting to the facility. Drop off was simple and easy using the APP. and 24/7 drop-off box. Truck was clean and ready to go. Highly Recommend this facility.
