I was told that there was a dolly shortage. I reserved the furniture dolly and a regular dolly but couldn’t have both. Had to choose only one for my rental and another customer would get what I didn’t choose.
JESSICA SDuring the process of getting my scheduled U-Haul there was a U-Haul available outside in the parking lot however the representative insisted that there was no U-Haul available for me and that the U-Haul was scheduled for another customer. Insisted on me calling the 1-800 U-Haul number for customer service to locate myself a new U-Haul rental. I proceeded with calling customer service and in doing so I spoke with the representative and informed her that it was confusing that I had already scheduled my U-Haul truck the day prior and there is one located in the parking lot. The customer service representative asked for me to identify the truck number and I did so and at that point she confirmed that was my truck that I had reserved and to please enter back into the building for her to speak with the customer service woman at the front desk. The representative on the phone was very nice and confirm with the front desk representative that that truck was reserved for me but the front desk lady became irate and had an attitude about not understanding how to process the truck for me to rent and proceeded on with attitudes with the representative on the phone. At that point the representative on the phone had to address the front desk representative how to do her job so I would be able to reserve the truck. It was very unprofessional for the front desk representative to informed us she didn't have time nor does she know how to reserve the truck for us and she needed to handle other priorities with her logins for her storages. Also on professional to start an argument with the 1-800 customer service as well too. Overall I think it's best that you haul does not do business with this company if it's a bother to them and also if they're not sure how to rent out the vehicles. I will no longer rent from this location again and unfortunately advise family members and Friends
TAYLEN MJust be fair. Was charged an extra day for services, after I returned the truck on time. Storage unit elevator was out so I couldn't put my stuff away so they said they couldn't check the truck in I would be charged again. How is that my fault. I did my part. Could you please call me 816-642 3536. That's not right.
