The only issue I had was the call center rep on the phone when I called to extend my time with the rental truck. The vibe I received from her demeanor was that I interrupted her lunch or something. Everyone else was fantastic.

I called saying I would be returning van after hours. The person on the phone told me to download the U Haul app and to log in when I return the van to avoid the $20 after hours fee. Turns out the app did not have any place to return your vehicle and it showed I didn't have any vehicles rented. Kinda bummed out about that.

I put my card on file, online so my second driver onlfile could return the truck and pay with my card onfile. They said they were unable to use it and this was an annoyance as it took away from my time I needed for my moving process. What is the point of being able to put my card on file if you cannot use it??

there was mud on the sides, around the wheel wells, and a dent on the left wheel well. i didn't report it when i picked it up, because i was already driving away when i saw the text asking me to say if it was "clean," and i couldn't take a picture while i was driving, so i called it clean, but i think it should have been actually cleaned first. that's all.

Firstly, I returned the equipment the same day in which I borrowed it, yet 3 days after, on October 3, 2019, this branch called to ask me for the same equipment, which I returned the same day I borrowed it. The customer service was extremely poor at the Parthenia Branch. The U-Haul representative at the desk even went as far as to insist that he is not rent me an equipment. He repeat that statement seven or more times on Monday, because I said I should esponded the line after I spoke with the corporate office and cleared up the issue that alert that was 0n my account. Even after I rejoined the line he continued shouting at me loudly in the store for all to hear. Saying, if i have a issue with the U-Haul company, he does not want to hear about it, because he is not u-haul and he is paid too little to deal with any issues. He said he does not represent U-Haul. Also, on Sunday, there was an error on my account in which the insurance company CLAIM they had not seen that I had sent a four page letter, to address a fraid claim made to them. This issue was something i had spoken to far more than ten diferent people at U Haul, as well as the Insurance company about, prior to my former neighbor filing the fraud claim. So the fact that this block was still erroneous put on my file with U-Haul was of grave concern to me. The independent contractor who rented me the truck was able to verify that his U-haul truck did not sustain any additional scratch to it. I had taken video of the truck prior to borrowing it and my cousin was driving behind me to assist me with my move. His vehicle had a video camera recording everything. But more importantly, the fraudsters did not say he saw the U Haul truck or any vehicle hit his car. His car, which was parked at the side of my house had the damaged to it prior to me going to collect the truck, because I saw it w when I came out to my car on my way to the U-Haul store in 2018. Please have courteous people in your customer service department. I have no complaint with people at the actual location but when I called customer service to inquire about an extra hold in my bank account, the customer service rep sounded so annoyed by my question. Due to this reason I would never recommend UHaul to anyone. It was just a simple question.

The guy behind the counter was just dishonest from the get go. Its unfortunate that he works as a manager (*at least that's what he told me). U haul controls the moving business, employees shouldn't try and control/manipulate the customers.
