The trailer drop-off was at this location and the reservation for the one-way trip said I could get one free month of storage. I was told that there is no availability at this location and after going to 3 other locations ended up back here with a reservation made online. Not necessarily a location problem and did get resolved but come on...

Great service !

Fuel fill line was damaged. When I went to re fuel the truck and bring it back the fuel spilled out all over the gas station. Thankfully I purchased the insurance.

I've been here twice and both times I was impressed with how quickly I got in and out. Very well-managed location.

Maybe clean the trucks between customers and split lines between pre check in rentals and those who haven't. I can't think of much else. The young man who assigned me the rental was professional and efficient. The young man who processed the rental return was a super star! Very busy but super efficient, knowledgeable and personable. I had a terrible day moving and he was a little ray of sunshine. Kindness goes a long way. Thanks.

The van smelled horribly of smoke. Someone offered to spray something to get rid of it. Didn't help.

Luis and his team are great!!!

My contract number is 88211695, I returned the truck to the gas level that was before renting but the still charged me $9.00 for (EZ fuel sales)??????

Very good

customer service at this location should be an example to other locations and to uhaul customer service operators .Thanks the manager at Northridge location for his service. Over the phone appointment is impossible with this operator that do not listen to the customers needs.

When I rented a trailer, I had to first check in at the front desk, then I was instructed to get the trailer hooked up first, then I was instructed to return to the front desk, then I was given paperwork and instructed to inspect the trailer itself. This process appears to be unique to this particular U-Haul location, and it would be much more convenient if I didn't have to go back and forth so much.

I left the hazard lights on for an hour and a half while I loaded the truck. Went to get in the truck to leave and the battery was dead which shouldn't happen after only having the hazards on for a short period of time. Also, the sliding utility door got stuck when I tried closing it and it was just an added hassle.
