Interior of truck had some sticky substance in the Council would definitely recommend having employees do a quick wipe down and cab, vacuum or brush out other than that the vehicle drove smooth and was convenient for what I was moving.

I was not sent a code before hours of the store. was renting from 8:00am to 2:00pm. I will give a shout out to the lady that was opening up that morning was able to help me out and get the keys for me. on 9/28/2025 at 8:35am
MICHAEL BIt was an easy drop off BUT when I called to extend my time a few hours I was not told that I would be charged extra or that I would be charged at all. I changed the drop off time from 9:30am to 4pm and dropped the truck off before 4pm. The guy also told me I went over 11 miles which I thought was very unreasonable to charge for. Again no one from either location told me about how many “exact” miles I would be having with the truck. It made moving my things out of a storage unit very difficult and frustrating that there were extra fees I was not anticipating
