It took an extremely long time for me to get my UHaul. The location was understaffed and the line was very long. This cut into my UHaul rental time. The UHaul had nothing in it that I needed for my move and that I had included. I needed moving pads and 2 dollys. It was completely empty. But I did not have time to go back and wait in another long line since I was already running late due to the first line I had to wait in.

Oil change light on, tire sensor blinking, not cleaned, missing one hubcap, had a replacement tire that was not the same brand. When I went back inside to advise the cashier, he just said call UHaul.. photos taken, had no choice to take the van due to my situation, I checked with a tire pressure gauge, app at 60# psi- no idea if correct..

Jonathan BI returned the truck the very same day because I wouldn't have had the help to return it later. I filled up the gas tank, but it turns out they charged me as if I hadn't put any gas in it.
