Nothing, it was an above average experience. I would use them again.
Timothy OIt was awful. The guy that worked at the gas station basically said I could not get the truck because no one was there that could check me out. Waited half an hour to be able to take the truck with U-Haul dispatch checking me out. I will never use that location again. Making a formal complaint for a refund.
