They don't answer the phone. They were closed on Friday but the website says open from 8 to 5. I had to just drop the trailer and hope that it was good where I left it as there was no communication with them.

This was the worst experience ever with uhaul. I had to travel 2.5 hours one way to just pick it up. Never use uhaul in Grand Junction or surrounding area they don't know what they are doing.

KIMBERLY BI brought it in on time and I had to call them after u haul sent me a warning stating in 24 hours it will be considered stolen. After the call I was charged a late fee that I still haven't been refunded. Will be seeking legal counsel.
