The car dolly was broken when we received it, the left fender was cracked and taped, and the left turn light was not working. We used a magnetic light on the left, but then it started blinking intermittently; then the right light went out completely on the road. Overall, the dolly got the car home, but it was not in good condition, and we are lucky we didn't get a ticket.

They don't answer the phone. They were closed on Friday but the website says open from 8 to 5. I had to just drop the trailer and hope that it was good where I left it as there was no communication with them.
Lauren PThis was the worst experience ever with uhaul. I had to travel 2.5 hours one way to just pick it up. Never use uhaul in Grand Junction or surrounding area they don't know what they are doing.
