The staff was not properly trained with the U-Haul rentals. They hooked wrong Trailor with my car. I found that out and asked them to give me right Trailor or swap out the contract with right Trailor. This happened twice in a raw.

The check engine light was on and was told it’s probably not a big deal. Maybe…but telling a customer that and not reporting it wasn’t correct.
