The guy at the paint counter who I was told to check in with was very abrasive and not helpful at all. I walked up to the counter and told him that I just took possession of a rental truck and as instructed by the app, I checked the back to see if all the rental supplies I ordered were in there. They were not. He immediately cut me off, made some crazy hand gestures, told me I needed to wait because he had to look it up. Confused as to why he was so mad I stood there while he worked on the computer for a while. After a few minutes he said he had to go look in the back. I waited for about 20 minutes or so. He came back out and told me that unfortunately I could not rent a truck right now and that I would have to come back later. I told him, as I said earlier when you cut me off, I already have a truck, (holding up the keys AGAIN), the supplies I rented are not inside of it. He said, ohhhh, okay. He then disappeared for a while longer and eventually returned with half of what I ordered. Told me that I would get a refund on the supplies that were not given to me. Surprise. We didn't get the refund. I had to call 2 more times to get it taken off our bill.

The staff was not properly trained with the U-Haul rentals. They hooked wrong Trailor with my car. I found that out and asked them to give me right Trailor or swap out the contract with right Trailor. This happened twice in a raw.
