So rude and not friendly and bad customer service .tried to charge me extra bucks .
SUKHDEV STruck had a crumpled up box and sunglasses case left in the cab when we picked it up. The person who rang us up added 2 dollies that we did not request with the online order and did not tell us that we would be charged for them. We did not use them and were charged extra at drop-off. We also did not choose the extra insurance package online and he added it to the contract unknowlingly as well. The fees were much larger than expected and the person was not easy to communicate with.
MOLLY HWe went to another location that I had reserved a U-Haul online. When I got there they had a post it note on the door saying they were closed the week of 8/17 - 8/25. So my husband googled where the next closest one was. They were so nice and accommodating. I did not need a bigger truck because I was just picking up a bed but I got a bigger truck for less than the other one I reserved.
