It is very confusing. There is a sign that says the U-Hauls are rented from Cork & Brew, but when you go inside to ask they just show you the customer service number.

SYDNEY PZero people available to assist. Totally unclear how to access the keys to the truck. Worst experience I have ever had picking up a U-Haul. Likely will never rent from you again.
JEFF WI'm expecting a phone call and a refund. The truck had major malfunctions. Deena or Deana one of the customer service reps hung up on me. I spent money on gas and was promised credit/ refund. Now I'm receiving another charge. This is extremely unprofessional.
