I was told it would a certain price and I did the exact mileage that I put in my estimate. I was charged more than they said and charged me for a gas fuel charge

This is the third time I’ve rented from the store and they do not speak English or pretend not to. They will not help in any way shape or form with the rental the truck this time had a check engine light and a fuel problem could not get pictures to upload to the website. It was a very frustrating experience. It is helpful that they are able to check out trucks after hours, but they have no help whatsoever.
SAMUEL FCheck engine light was on when I picked up the truck. I expect to rent a truck that's trouble free and not have the engine warning light on.

NICHOLAS MSelf check in process was hell, had to make over 6+ phone calls just to get the keys and find the truck. Had to go to a different location and the man didn’t even speak English. Then I got double charged $400 from uhaul, missing the appliance dolly, waited over an hour for this to be resolved, then my contract froze. Absolutely hell. Will not be doing self check in again. Should have a better system, I was very disappointed. I do want to thank the two and only employees that helped me on the phone.
