The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The location was ok. It was a bit tricky getting the trailer out of the lot due to it being located in an old car wash. The trailer had a broken piece over the left tire and a missing cotter pin. However, the trailer worked well and we were not charged for the damage that was already done to the trailer.
