our Uhaul was very dirty - trash and dirt in the truck. The ramp was covered in broken glass when we pulled it out, and dropped broken glass all over our driveway

I was overcharged for mileage and the reps did not follow through with my request

JAREL Hthe truck bed/box compartment was not clean although the cab was. there was no one available to discuss the condition with when we picked up the truck. Initially we were charged with returning a dirty truck but that was refunded pretty quickly when we called to dispute the charge.. This was an OK experience but I don't think they have enough people working here to provide a seamless experience for the customer. That said, I will probably use this location when I need another truck rental.
