Booked for a 26” truck once arrived after being there 1 hour the lady couldnt find the keys so I have to get a smaller truck which made my move longer more trips.. the lady said she will work with me on the miles which was a lie I ended up paying triple times what was expected ….. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

NAJMA AMore accurate readings on Miles, I was overcharged.. never received the information to complete the mileage update.. I expressed I went over by 2 but she stated more will never use again .. not sure why
KRYSTAL GThe people were friendly and helpful. We had trouble using the verification code, we had to put it in 5× and still couldn't. We just put the keys in the box and I had to go up there the next day. Wbich was inconvenient. Other then that it was nice.
