I was overcharged and was not made aware of how much the total would be. If the truck is only $19 per day then how come I end up being charged over $500. False advertisement

The facility wasn't handicapped friendly
Sherrill Ti called to let them know something was wrong with the gas gauge and i was coming to return it. and they gave the nerve to charge me $92 for gas after i put $40 in. it only has to be at a quarter tank! and $25 cleaning fee when n nothing needed to be cleaned? couldn’t even get that truck to drive over 45 mph. put in a service request and i’m still being charged yeah ok
Onie HI don’t like being charged a so called $19.99 fee plus mileage and total costs is $76.70 then have a balance of $74 feels like a scam.. I will not be using U-Haul I will get my trucks from Home Depot they are cheaper
