Check the connection to the ball I turned the knob a couple more times when I got home to tighten it up and he was on the phone with some one the whole time he was hooking it up

ANDREW TI used the U-Haul for less than 24 hours. Returned it with significantly more gas than I left with. I was charged an additional 25 dollars for a cleaning fee. There wasn't 1 piece of garbage left in the truck.
