There was 20 moving blankets inside the trailer. I didn’t order or want or need them. All they did was get in the way. The trailer drove weird between 45-55 mph. I notice a problem with a rim. I call your company to do the right thing and was told I had to wait 2 hr to get a new tire. Your customer service agent was a rude and disrespectful. The store I rented the trailer from, I call minutes before and they told me they didn’t have any covered trailers, but they were the only one, who had one. They are clueless. Your company said I signed something that made me responsible for the trailer. I never signed anything when I rented this trailer. I’ve sign something before on a previous rental. I did not sign anything this time. I gave them my license, I refused the insurance and I left. My overall experience was terrible. I asked if I could take the trailer to U-Haul in the town I was in because of the tire issue. I was told I would be charged hundreds of dollars more for not returning it to the original place. This is absolutely ridiculous and I plan on putting this information on the web so people can read what a horrible experience it was using your service.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe only issue was that the driver's side mirror was not aligned correctly to be of use to the driver, so I only relied on the right-side mirror and rear camera. That needs to be fixed.
BEDE AHorrible experience!! Go somewhere else!! Very disappointed with our experience. We picked up a U-Haul, used it for only about 4 hours, drove roughly 15 miles, and made sure to put the required amount of gas back into it before returning it. When my husband went to return the truck, the employee was extremely rude, took the keys from him, and never even went back outside to check the mileage or confirm the gas level. Despite that, we were later charged for over 30 extra miles and an additional $52 for gas that we had already put in ourselves. The whole situation was really frustrating and upsetting. We did everything we were supposed to do, so being treated rudely and then overcharged afterward was pretty upsetting. U-Haul, you really need to check the businesses you’re allowing to rent out your vehicles. Absolutely ridiculous.

The man was putting my information incorrectly so my card was telling me to reach out to my bank and then he recommended me to give him cash, but I told him what happens. To my refund from my deposit and he said oh yeah, knowing it was gonna be impossible to get back.
