After driving my 24 hour excursion from NS to Ontario, I have to recommend U-Haul to have automatic windows and a place to put their phone ,....as in a phone holder as you travel. Other than that, everything was FANTASTIC! I need to give a shout-out to the young woman at OCR that helped me from start to finish. She was THE BEST!!

This location provided good service, van was waiting, excellent. This location needs to update their location on their website, it took almost half an hour to sort out where the U-Haul pickup was - that aside, it was all good!

ROBIN CA $300 cleaning fee was added my knowledge after I had the vehicle professionally cleaned, the cleaning fee was twice the cost of rental. A disgrace
Meriel PAlthough OCR can not help the poor cellular service at their location, to make the App check in process work much better, a limited access guest wifi that they could provide clients with the login details for via phone phone or email the day before pickup, perhaps could be provided to use in order to ensure the check in process goes much smoother than it did for me.
