The app has been horrible to use it wouldn’t upload photos of the side and front of the truck I can’t understand why I had to give up after 30 mins of trying and retrying to take the photos while paying for the time which is extremely frustrating

stephen bThere was a lot of trash in the only available U-Haul parking spot. It was also a really tight fit because the U-Haul next to my spot did not park well. The staff was not as helpful as the pick up location.
Darren CWe ordered at 15' truck and there was not one for the time we requested. We were called the night before and had to switch to a 10' truck. We also order furniture dollys and they didn't have any, even though we made our reservation weeks in advance. If you rent a truck weeks in advance, prepare to move, and find out the night before the truck size you need isn't available, that's not acceptable.
Alexander Bthe truck was ready for us and the check out was fast. Plus this location was within walking distance and was open later than most other locations.
