I knew that the automatic check in would take some time, but to get through all the steps, it took over 45 minutes. Worst, upon our return, the automated check in process would not accept any of the photos 6 required photos, so we took them again and still failed to get to the next step. We finally called an 800 number and got it all resolved.
Greg KI dropped off the truck Thursday August 24, 2025 at 2 PM am no one was there. I got my bill and they charged me until Friday August 26, 2025 at 9:17AM. I got charged for a day I didn’t use. I even called the number on the door and left a message.
GARY PWe were two hours late returning and was charged a full day. Gas was at a half tank and we only had to be at a quarter. We feel that should have been a wash.
DAVID Sshould be given a full refund or at least half. a/c fan squealing extremely loud constantly. driver side mirror kept swinging out of position making it extremely dangerous to drive had to hang out of window to constantly try to adjust. Reserved truck wasn't available to pick-up even though was reserved and confirmed had to drive 24 miles and was 43 minutes in opposite direction then 26 miles back to the house. I lost two and a half hours and had people who came 2 hours to help waiting on me. There is no excuse for this much incompetence.
