The location is listed as: One Stop Towing And Transport 23 N 4th St Oakland, MD 21550 This is not where the rental equipment is located. Renting on a Sunday, nothing was open, so I’m standing there at a residence with a garage and a bunch of tow vehicles. I happened to catch a flash of bright orange through the trees and spotted the rental area about half a block away on a different street at a different business location. U-Haul better step up their game or they’re going to put themselves out of business due to inconvenience and incompetence. Feel free to check out my thoughts on my recent cancellation.

JOHN RThe actual drop off location was a little confusing because there were a lot of trailers sitting around and it wasn’t clear where to park. Other than that, everything went fine. I had to answer no to the question “were the personnel helpful“ because it was an unattended location, and your system required me to answer something. There were no issues, there were just no people.
